11:02AM – Who drags who up or down? (DOW and NASDAQ)

NASDAQ at times this morning has dragged the indices up, but the heaviness of the DOW has caused small spikes down, stopping the NASDAQ from gaining momentum…they’re trying again in the past few minutes to push it up..
